StoryScale is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or materials supplied by the client.
All original manuscripts, written content, and creative materials provided by clients remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
StoryScale does not claim ownership of a client’s original book or manuscript.
However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, StoryScale retains ownership of its pre-existing business materials, internal processes, templates, and proprietary resources.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, images, illustrations, and other materials are legally authorized for use and publication.
StoryScale assists authors with publishing and distributing their books through third-party platforms, including Amazon KDP and other ebook distribution services.
However:
Publishing approval is subject to each platform’s policies and review process.
We cannot guarantee acceptance or approval of every book.
Distribution availability may vary by platform and country.
Third-party platforms may change their requirements, fees, royalty structures, or policies.
We do not control third-party publishing platforms or their decisions.
StoryScale cannot guarantee a specific publishing date, sales volume, ranking, or number of readers.
Our marketing services may include promotional campaigns, advertising support, social media marketing, and book launch assistance.
Marketing results depend on several factors, including book quality, genre, pricing, competition, audience engagement, and advertising budgets.
StoryScale does not guarantee specific sales figures, bestseller rankings, revenue, reviews, or audience growth.
Any advertising expenses or third-party promotional costs will be communicated separately where applicable.
All service prices, packages, and payment arrangements will be communicated to clients before the project begins.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Additional services or revisions outside the agreed scope may involve extra charges.

Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.
